The Ohio Tire & Automotive Association's Tools to Talent program helps Ohio residents pay for tuition, required training, tools, and tool storage needed to start a career in the tire and automotive service field. Graduating Ohio high school seniors (or recent grads) planning to enter the trade, current students in an automotive or tire-service training program, and workers in their first year on the job can all apply. Funds are paid directly to a school or training provider, or used to purchase approved tools and equipment.
