The Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship Program covers full tuition, required fees, and a book stipend for four years at any Indiana public or private four-year college or university accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (it does not cover room, board, or travel). Administered by Independent Colleges of Indiana with participation from the community foundation serving each of Indiana's 92 counties, it awards 147 scholarships statewide every year. Applicants must be Indiana residents with a diploma from an accredited Indiana high school; selection criteria, procedures, and deadlines are each set locally, so students apply through their home county's community foundation.
Plus an annual book stipend; exact amount not published by the sponsor. Does not cover room, board, or travel. Total value varies by the college chosen.
