Costco Wholesale funds a scholarship, administered by the College Success Foundation, open to its own regular full-time, part-time, and limited part-time permanent employees residing in the U.S. or Puerto Rico. Recipients receive up to $2,500 a year for up to four years (spread over as many as six years), capped at $10,000 total, to attend an accredited, nonprofit college or university, starting fall 2026, to pursue a first-time degree. The 2025-26 cycle ran December 1, 2025 through February 6, 2026 for fall 2026 enrollment; eligibility is based on employment status rather than age, so a current high school senior employed at Costco can apply directly.
DemographicsOpen to Costco employees themselves, not dependents; a working high school senior employed at Costco may apply directly.
