Fayette Education Foundation, the philanthropic partner of Fayette County Public Schools, offers a few named scholarships for FCPS graduating seniors. The Emmanuel "Manny" Caulk Jr. Memorial Scholarship is a one-time $2,500 award for a future teacher with at least a 2.5 GPA who enrolls in a two- or four-year program within 12 months of graduation, and opens each February with an April 1 deadline. The Education Support Award for Single Parents is a one-time $1,000 award for a graduating teen mother or father, and the Celebrate Education and Diversity Scholarship supports a student from an underrepresented background. Each has its own short application through the Foundation's site.
