LaVern and Nola McEntire Memorial Lineworker's Scholarship

This Association of Illinois Electric Cooperatives scholarship awards $3,000 to one recipient who is either related to an Illinois rural electric cooperative employee or director, the child of an Illinois electric cooperative member, enrolled in the AIEC/Lincoln Land Community College lineworker's school, or a current or former member of the U.S. armed forces or National Guard. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED by the July award date and submit an essay, biographical statement, references, and a recommendation. Applications are due April 30, 2027.
