Named for the Nobel Prize-winning author who lectured at the University of Miami, the Isaac Bashevis Singer Scholarship covers full tuition for the completion of one undergraduate degree — up to eight semesters, or ten for School of Architecture students. There is no separate scholarship application: students who apply and are admitted through Early Decision I or Early Action are automatically considered via holistic review based on academic accomplishment and intellectual curiosity. Singer Scholars are notified at the time of Early Action decision release in late January. Recipients must maintain a 3.0 GPA and full-time enrollment (24+ credits/year) to renew the award.
