Passamaquoddy Tribe at Pleasant Point (Sipayik) Higher Education Program

Operated under a contract between the Bureau of Indian Affairs and the Passamaquoddy Tribe at Pleasant Point (Sipayik), this Higher Education Program bridges the gap between the financial aid a student already receives and their actual unmet cost of attending an accredited institution. Application materials are currently posted for the 2026-2027 academic year. Applicants submit a signed Student Financial Assistance application by mail to the Education Department (original signatures required; email submission is not accepted).
