The Stamps Scholars Program is Florida State's most selective undergraduate scholarship, chosen each year from within the Presidential Scholars Program. The five students selected receive funding valued up to the full estimated cost of attendance for up to four years, including an out-of-state tuition waiver for non-residents, plus $20,000 in dedicated enrichment funding for internships, research, and international experiences. There's no separate application — selection happens automatically within the Presidential Scholars review.
