The Presidential Academic Scholarship is George Washington University's merit award for the most competitive students in each incoming first-year class. It's a tuition scholarship, and GW does not publish a fixed dollar range — the award value varies by applicant. There's no separate scholarship application: every first-year applicant, including international students, is automatically considered as part of the regular admission review. Recipients can renew the award for up to ten consecutive semesters of full-time enrollment as long as they meet GW's Satisfactory Academic Progress standards.
DemographicsRequires admission to George Washington University; automatic consideration for every first-year applicant, domestic and international — no separate scholarship application.
GW states only that 'the value of the scholarship varies' and does not publish a dollar range.
