Washington State Opportunity Scholarship
Washington State Opportunity Scholarship (WSOS) · StateWSOS's Baccalaureate Scholarship provides up to $22,500 total, paid over as many as six years, to Washington residents pursuing a bachelor's degree in an eligible STEM or health care field. You must have lived in Washington for the year immediately before starting college, hold at least a 2.75 GPA (or a passing GED score), and come from a family with income at or below 125% of the state median; undocumented students are welcome to apply. The Baccalaureate Scholarship application opens January 13, 2027, and the deadline is February 25, 2027 at 9 p.m. PST.
