The Culver's Foundation awards restaurant team members scholarships in three tiers each year: up to 40 at $10,000, 40 at $5,000, and 200 at $1,000 (up to 280 awards total). Applicants must have worked at least 400 hours in the preceding 12 months, been employed at least 6 months by the deadline, and hold a minimum 2.0 GPA. The program has distributed more than $8 million since 1993 and is open to high school seniors, high school graduates, and current undergraduate or graduate students.
