North Carolina State Elks Association Nursing Scholarship

The North Carolina State Elks Association awards this one-year, $1,000 scholarship to a North Carolina high school senior who has applied to or been accepted into a nursing program at a North Carolina college or university. You don't need to already be admitted, but you do need to have applied, and you'll need to actually enroll in and attend that in-state nursing program to keep the award. Being in the top quarter of your class and involved in nursing-related activities strengthens an application, and you do not need to be an Elks member to apply.
