NCLD's Anne Ford Scholarship pays $2,500 a year for up to four years to a graduating high school senior with a documented learning disability who is enrolling full-time in a bachelor's degree program. Financial need, shown through FAFSA and Estimated Family Contribution details, factors into selection along with a recommendation and three personal-question responses (text, video, or audio). Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
DemographicsRequires a documented learning disability (e.g. dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, dyspraxia, or another specific learning disability); students who also have ADHD are encouraged to apply, but ADHD alone does not qualify.
Paid as $2,500 per year for up to four years, contingent on continued enrollment.
