Kentucky Grocers Education Foundation Scholarship

The Kentucky Grocers Education Foundation (KGEF) offers two $1,250 scholarships each year to graduating Kentucky high school seniors connected to a Kentucky Grocers & Convenience Store Association member company (two more $1,250 awards go to current college undergrads). Participating companies fund additional 'piggyback' scholarships administered through KGEF: Houchens Industries offers three more $1,250 awards for high school seniors, and ValuMarket offers one $500 award for a high school senior. Applicants must be an employee (at least six months of service) or the child or grandchild of a full-time employee of a participating company. Applications are submitted online.
