The Vegetarian Resource Group Scholarship

The Vegetarian Resource Group awards one $10,000 scholarship and five $5,000 scholarships, plus smaller runner-up prizes, to graduating U.S. high school seniors who have promoted veganism specifically in their school or community. Judging is based on documented activism, three or more recommendation letters (at least one from a teacher), and an essay addressing 16 specific points about the applicant's advocacy, goals, and views on vegetarianism/veganism.
