Nevada State Firefighters' Association Scholarship

The Nevada State Firefighters' Association awards four to six $1,000 scholarships each year, plus one $1,250 Bill & Lou Curtis Memorial Scholarship, to graduating high school seniors. Applicants must be the child, stepchild, or dependent of an NSFA member whose dues have been current for at least three years, keep at least a C average, and preference goes to students in the top half of their class. Applications become available each year in late March through Nevada high schools and NSFA member fire departments.
