Massachusetts American Legion Auxiliary Education Award

The American Legion Auxiliary, Department of Massachusetts awards one $1,500 Department Education Award each year to a child, step-child, grandchild, or step-grandchild of a U.S. veteran who served during an eligible conflict period. Applicants must be Massachusetts residents between 16 and 22 years old. Applications, including a transcript and a roughly 100-word statement on long-range goals, are submitted through the local Auxiliary Unit President rather than mailed to the state office directly.
