Colorado Professional Fire Fighters Randall Atkinson Memorial Scholarship

The Colorado Professional Fire Fighters Foundation awards ten $5,000 one-time Randall Atkinson Memorial Scholarships each year to students entering or continuing higher education whose parent, guardian, or grandparent is an active or retired member in good standing of the Colorado Professional Fire Fighters. Applicants submit a resume, transcript, two letters of recommendation, and a 500-1,000 word essay on what it has meant to have a parent or grandparent serve as a Colorado firefighter; top candidates complete a board interview.
