The New York State Society of CPAs' Westchester Chapter awards this scholarship to a graduating senior at a Westchester County high school who has declared or intends to major in accounting. You'll need a 3.5 GPA, proof you've been accepted as a full-time student to a four-year college for the coming fall, a recommendation letter from a teacher, coach, or employer, and a short essay on your career goals. A free NYCPA student membership is required, and you can apply for it alongside the scholarship.
