The Catholic Heritage Scholarship gives $20,000 a year -- up to $80,000 over four years -- to incoming DePaul University freshmen who graduate from a Catholic high school in Illinois with at least a 3.7 GPA. There's no separate application or fee: DePaul automatically considers every eligible applicant when they apply for admission. The award is renewable each year the recipient stays in good academic standing, and it can be combined with DePaul's Provost's Achievement Award (though not with DePaul's other academic scholarships).
