The Inland Empire Community Foundation runs a single Common Application Portal that checks one application against dozens of individual donor-established scholarship funds for Riverside and San Bernardino County students. Awards range from about $1,000 to more than $10,000, and some funds renew across multiple years of college. To qualify, applicants must be graduating high school seniors with at least a 2.0 GPA who have lived in San Bernardino or Riverside County for at least a year, plus a record of community service, extracurriculars, or work experience. A completed FAFSA or California Dream Act application and Student Aid Report is also required. IECF distributed more than $3.5 million in scholarships in 2025.
