The Lummi Higher Education Grant funds enrolled Lummi Nation members who are high school graduates or GED holders enrolled in, or accepted to, an accredited institution. Recipients must complete the FAFSA and a signed financial-aid needs analysis, and maintain a 2.0 GPA or better. Vocational certificate programs are funded for up to two years, after which continued funding requires a degree program; the tribe prioritizes academic achievement over financial need.
