MRAEF ProStart Scholarship (Mississippi)

MRAEF awards a $1,000 scholarship to students who completed the ProStart high school program and are enrolling in a restaurant management or culinary arts program at an accredited institution. Preference goes to students holding a ProStart Certificate of Achievement. Applicants submit a 750-word essay on one of three assigned topics along with their application.
