The Iowa Automobile Dealers Foundation for Education funds Iowa residents who are committed to an automotive career, whether that means technician training, collision repair, diesel technology, new-vehicle or parts sales, or dealership accounting and business administration. Twelve $4,000 scholarships were awarded in spring 2026, and the money can go toward tuition or the tools a technician needs to get started. Preference goes to students planning to attend an Iowa college, university, or community college, though attending in-state isn't required, and an optional letter of support from an Iowa dealer can strengthen your application.
